Epiroc is seeking a Systems Specialist in Perth to build capability and drive consistent execution of operational processes and business systems across the Parts & Services Division. You will partner with stakeholders to map end-to-end workflows, deliver training, and support system adoption.

You will translate complex processes into engaging development initiatives, ensuring data quality and delivering operational reporting to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Experience with operational processes and business systems across a large organisation.
Ability to translate process gaps into training and capability improvements.
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or M3.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain understanding of key operational processes and the systems used to execute them.
Provide training and support on processes, system functionality and effective use of business systems.
Identify training needs across PSD and design structured plans to address gaps.
Deliver operational and systems training through face-to-face sessions, presentations and guides.
Support data quality, reporting and system readiness for new implementations.
