Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a skilled Planner (Service Optimisation - West) based in Perth to own a dynamic scope across Kalgoorlie, Newman and Perth. You will coordinate with stakeholders to deliver maintenance plans and scheduling for operations.

The role emphasises ERP/MRP-based planning, strong communication, and an analytical mindset. Occasional travel to support multiple operations is expected; join a collaborative, experienced team and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment.
• Scheduling, resources planning and project management experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Self-starter with high standards of organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement maintenance schedules.
• Scope, forecast, plan and track major/minor jobs including DB management.
• Work with component and SX teams on maintenance activities.
• Communicate with suppliers and supply chain for material availability.
• Focus on continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.
