Job summary

Epiroc, located in Perth, WA, is seeking a Client Experience & Operations Administrator to coordinate reception, client experiences, and training activities. You will manage room bookings, attendee tracking, and promotional materials while supporting events and venue hire.

You will ensure smooth daily facility operations, act as the main contact for visitors, and contribute to revenue through course promotion and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling front desk receptions and visitor welcome.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Organized administrative tasks; attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate training rooms and events.
• Experience with venues, catering, and vendor coordination.
• Capacity to support multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors with a professional welcome.
• Manage reception area operations and ensure consistent coverage.
• Coordinate training room bookings for internal and external sessions.
• Track attendance, issue training certificates, and update clients.
• Support events, host sessions, and coordinate catering orders.
• Promote courses to walk-in clients and manage external venue hire.
