Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking an Operational Reporting Analyst in Cambridge TAS to partner with operational leaders and turn data into clear reporting that drives performance and improvement.

The role focuses on building dashboards, KPIs, and monthly financial and project accounting support across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI, Excel and SQL, and the ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, analytics, BI, or operational support roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently while building relationships across the business.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain operational and financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyse business performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Support monthly business reporting, budgeting, and project accounting activities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Support audit and compliance requirements as required.
