Job summary

VISIS Private Wealth is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics that drive evidence‑based decisions. You will partner with the Operations Manager - Technology & Systems to monitor performance and inform governance discussions.

You will translate complex data into clear visuals, support data integrity, and manage security and access controls across reporting platforms in a high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing reports and delivering meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis.
• Experience in an analytical or report creation role; candidates with the right aptitude will be considered.
• Experience with at least one Power BI language: DAX, Power Query (M) or SQL.
• Interest or experience in Power Automate, Python, AI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards and analytical products for project and executive decision‑making.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting for executive, program, governance and project control forums.
• Undertake data analysis, reconciliation, validation and investigation to support business decisions and resolve reporting issues.
• Manage report access, permissions, refresh schedules and security controls, including row‑level security where required.
• Develop and manage data models, measures and business logic using Power Query, DAX and SQL.

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to work closely with the Operations Manager - Technology & Systems to build and maintain management reporting dashboards and data visualisations to monitor business, team and individual performance and inform evidence‑based decision making.

You will form a key part of the operations team, working alongside dedicated, motivated and ambitious professionals in a high‑performance environment, supported by strong systems, collaboration and shared success. As the Reporting Analyst, your role is critical to communicating complex operational data in a clear and meaningful way that supports organisational performance management and accountability.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards and analytical products for project and executive decision‑making

About you

• Experience in an analytical role (using data to drive decisions) or a report creation role. Candidates with limited experience but the right aptitude and motivation will be considered
• Experience of using at least one language within the Power BI stack: DAX, Power Query (M) and/or SQL
• Interest or experience in adjacent tools (Power Automate, Python, AI, etc.)
• We expect successful candidates to have experience commensurate with the responsibilities outlined, reinforced with strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, sound interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
