Job summary

MARS PARTNERSHIP PTY. LTD. in Melbourne is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to own, maintain and enhance core business reporting tools with a focus on Power BI and advanced Excel.

You’ll manage dashboards, oversee data inputs, and lead the development of an automated reporting solution, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to improve automation and insight. You will support consolidations and deliver ad hoc analyses to identify performance trends and growth opportunities,

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and reporting for retail/consumer sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI dashboards and Excel data modelling.
• Experience delivering QA for data pipelines and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly Power BI reporting tool maintenance, refresh cycles and enhancements.
• Oversee data inputs and QA across automated retailer data pipelines.
• Lead design and ownership of a new automated Power BI dashboard with weekly/monthly refreshes.
• Support regional/global reporting consolidations and ad hoc analyses to identify trends.
• Deliver performance reporting to identify retailer opportunities and growth areas.
• Utilise advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, VBA) to automate reporting and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial and technology teams to improve Power BI reporting quality.
