ABN Group in Melbourne is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to design and deliver financial operations reporting across Power BI, SQL and D365 F&O. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data and Technology and partners with the General Manager – Business Services to define how performance is measured and reported.

You will build KPI frameworks, improve data quality and automate processes, working with Finance, System Accountants, Technology & Transformation to realise value from data.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance reporting and analytics
• Strong SQL querying and data validation skills
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical reports

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards
• Query financial and operational data with SQL for reporting
• Build and maintain data models and transformations in Power BI
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech to define metrics and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting processes
