Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTY. LTD. is seeking a Sales Specialist for OpenShift to lead the end-to-end strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC.

You will engage with C-level and engineering leaders to translate complex platform advantages into measurable business value and secure multi-quarter pipelines. You will articulate the security, governance, and cloud-native benefits of a unified OpenShift platform, driving adoption of AI workloads and autonomous workflows at enterprise scale in

Qualifications

Experience leading and closing complex enterprise platform deals.
Public speaking and cloud-native evangelist who can present to executives.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and enterprise container platforms.
Understanding of AI lifecycle, including distributed inference and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Direct the end-to-end sales strategy for major opportunities, orchestrating technical specialists and partner ecosystems.
Expand enterprise AI adoption by showing clients how to deploy, manage, and scale autonomous agent workflows and distributed inference.
Capitalize on initiatives to accelerate OpenShift sales and position the platform as the delivery vehicle for secure software factories and AI production.
Position Software Factory capabilities as the solution for security mandates, continuous compliance, and digital sovereignty.
Build credible economic business cases for executive buyers, demonstrating lower TCO and accelerated delivery.
Guide modernization of legacy infrastructures toward cloud-native architectures and collaborate with account teams to align strategic priorities.
