Job summary

The Country Club Hotel in Moreton Bay is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the opening leadership team of a brand-new, high-volume venue.

You will lead front-of-house teams, stay on the floor, coach staff, and ensure service standards, safety and guest satisfaction across bars, dining, gaming and entertainment.

RSA and RSG compliance, plus a hands-on leadership style, are highly regarded for this pivotal launch role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in high-volume venues.
• Current RSA and RSG certifications; approved manager licensing is preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-of-house teams across busy service periods.
• Be highly visible on the floor and engage with guests.
• Ensure service standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage shift operations, staff allocation and workflow.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and incident reporting.
