The Country Club Hotel, a brand-new entertainment and hospitality destination in Moreton Bay, is opening in 2027. The Comiskey Group is building a high-energy venue featuring multiple dining and entertainment spaces, live sport, and large-scale operations.

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to lead front-of-house teams, keep service running smoothly, and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience from day one. RSA/RSG compliance and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a duty manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in high-volume venues.
• Strong guest-service focus and visible floor presence.
• Solid knowledge of RSA and RSG compliance.
• Excellent communication and staff coaching skills.
• Willingness to lead from the front and drive standards.

Responsabilités

• Leading front-of-house teams across busy services.
• Be highly visible on the floor and engage guests.
• Support managers across bars, dining, gaming and entertainment.
• Drive service standards and guest experience.
• Manage shifts, staff deployment and workflow.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Complete incident reporting and shift documentation.
• Ensure venue safety and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
