Job summary

Portadown in Toowoomba is looking for a hands-on Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead shifts, open and close the venue, and supervise bar operations in a fast-paced environment.

If you have prior Duty Manager or bar supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication, along with RSA, RSG, and eligibility to work in Australia, this is your chance to advance your career with Australian Venue Co.

Qualifications

• Must hold Queensland RSA and RSG certificates.
• Ability to obtain RMLV.
• Fast-paced bar supervisory experience.
• Available for rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support day-to-day venue operations.
• Open and close the venue, including late-night closes.
• Supervise bar operations and lead the team from the floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting.
