• Oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance in open space projects.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all teams and projects.
• Conduct site assessments, inspections and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of professionals in open space management.
• Supervise preventative maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Communicate complex instructions clearly to staff for effective execution.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.
