Green by Nature, Australia’s leading landscape services provider, is seeking an experienced operations leader based at our Huntingwood depot to own contracts across NSW and ACT. You will lead client relationships and delivery, coach Supervisors, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade Qualification.
• Experience in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience in an operational leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of garden maintenance across sites.
• Interpret and deliver contract scopes, specifications and service level requirements.
• Lead, mentor and support Supervisors and operational teams through coaching and development.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets, work schedules and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
