Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance in various open space projects, ensuring environmental sustainability and best practices are followed
• Ensure safety and compliance across all teams and projects
• Conduct site assessments, inspecting gardens and parks, generating reports, evaluating performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the field of open space management
• Ensure regular preventative maintenance is conducted on plant and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition
• Supervise staff, ensuring clear communication of complex instructions and procedures for full understanding and effective implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, to meet project goals and understand their preferences.
