Job summary

Recruitly is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator in Moorabbin for a four-week temporary assignment, starting ASAP. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive plans for a large April open house and manage moving parts to keep preparations on track.

Ideal candidates have professional event planning experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Marketing background would be highly regarded and could bonus the role.

Responsibilities

• Progressing the event plan with timelines, milestones and actions.
• Coordinate initial logistics and preparations for the April open house.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Source information and quotes and follow up on actions.
• Support event communications, invitations and promotional materials with marketing.
• Track deadlines, approvals and priorities.
• Keep event documentation organised and provide a clear handover at end.
