CBRE is seeking a detail-driven Venue Operations Coordinator for a premium Sydney CBD venue on a 4.5-week temporary basis starting in early August. The role covers end-to-end coordination from enquiries to site visits, quotes, invoicing and space setup, with a strong emphasis on keeping operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in venue operations, events coordination or a similar role.
• Comfortable managing a busy inbox and juggling priorities.
• Confident with quotes, invoicing and basic financial administration.
• Available for a 4.5-week engagement starting early August, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbox enquiries and coordinate bookings from initial contact through to confirmation.
• Prepare and issue quotes and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Conduct site visits with clients and prospective bookers.
• Set up and style spaces ahead of events and meetings to the required standard.
• Keep coordination and administration ticking over throughout the engagement.
