Job summary

Recruitly is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator for a four-week temporary assignment in Melbourne. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.

About you

• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing role
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content

This temporary role is based in Moorabbin, with hybrid working available. You’ll be joining a supportive team and contributing to a busy division with a varied pipeline of marketing activity.
