Recruitly is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator for a four-week temporary assignment in Melbourne. The role supports the Industrial Division with a broad range of activities, coordinating multiple requests and liaising with internal stakeholders. Hybrid working is available, and the team is supportive and busy.

You will prepare briefs for designers, manage collateral, and help with website updates while tracking deadlines and approvals. This is ideal for a capable marketing all-rounder.

We’re seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established organisation for an initial four-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the coordination and delivery of events for the Industrial Division
• Managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders
• Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Preparing clear and detailed briefs for the graphic designer
• Completing website updates or coordinating changes with the relevant team
• Tracking deadlines, approvals and outstanding requests
• Providing general marketing and administrative support to the division
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with additional projects as required

About you

• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing role
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content

This temporary role is based in Moorabbin, with hybrid working available. You’ll be joining a supportive team and contributing to a busy division with a varied pipeline of marketing activity.
