Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to be onsite in Sydney's CBD on a 4-week temporary assignment with potential to extend. You will support day-to-day soft services operations, liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, and help with event setups and office requirements.

The role requires hands-on service, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach. Available to commence Monday 26 October in a Sydney CBD location.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Services or Corporate Facilities Support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident liaising with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on.
• Available to commence Monday 26 October.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities and soft services operations across three Sydney sites.
• Conduct daily floor walks, identifying and resolving facilities issues.
• Liaise with cleaners, contractors and external service providers.
• Assist with event setups, catering and meeting room arrangements.
• Coordinate deliveries, supplies and general office requirements.
• Escort contractors and assist with scheduled maintenance activities.
• Provide occasional reception and mailroom coverage.
• Respond to ad hoc facilities requests and ensure safe work practices are followed.
