Job summary

Funday Natural Sweets is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator for a four-week temporary assignment in Moorabbin with hybrid working arrangements. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the Industrial Division across events, collateral, briefs, and website updates, ensuring requests move smoothly and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in broad marketing roles, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content.
