You will coach supervisors, optimise open-cut production, develop standards and processes, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable mine operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational teams in open cut mining.
• Proven experience in blasting activities and water management.
• Experience developing mining supervisors for productivity and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors for Blasting and Pit Services teams.
• Oversee planning and execution to optimise production with focus on health, safety, environment and community.
• Support budget management and cost control through resource optimisation.
• Assist in developing and improving standards, procedures and processes.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate health, safety and environmental risks.
