You will work on a dynamic, fast-paced site, collaborating with supervisors and managers to ensure compliant blasting practices and a positive workplace culture while supporting career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Worksafe NSW Security Clearance.
• Hold a current NSW Blasting User Explosives License.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HSEC and legislative requirements.
• Extensive experience in the mining industry and proven leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of shotfirers, bench-hands and contractors.
• Mentor and develop up-and-coming personnel.
• Maintain high safety standards and reinforce company values.
• Aim to achieve daily and weekly blasting targets while ensuring safety.
