Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in mining.
• Open Cut Examiners Certificate is desirable.
• Ability to manage contractors in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of work scopes and budget requirements.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership to drive performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of tasks and projects to ensure safe, quality delivery.
• Plan and supervise employees and contractors to complete scopes safely and accurately.
• Provide leadership and support to workers and contractors on site.
• Manage project plans, cost tracking and forecasting.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing compliant standards and processes for project delivery.
• Manage timelines and align work with project commitments.
