Job summary

Extend Group's OOSH Relief Service Assistant role in Bowral, NSW offers variety across before and after school care, vacation care opportunities, and meaningful leadership experience in OSHC programs.

You will create engaging activities, supervise safely, prepare healthy snacks, and collaborate with families and staff. A Certificate III in Early Childhood or related field is desirable, WWC check required, with paid training and retention payments above award.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care (Desirable but not required).
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/ CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain.

About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working in our fantastic service at Bowral! You’ll have the opportunity to support services across Bowral and Tahmoor making a real impact while broadening your OOSH leadership experience.

Hourly Rate: $37.58 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.
• After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Days Required: Monday to Friday. 3-5 shifts fortnightly.
• Vacation Care:Up to 30 hours per week. (only include if vac is offered at school).
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (Desirable but not required).
