Northern Rivers Community Gateway is seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead OOSH services across the Northern Rivers region. You will supervise Assistant Coordinators and educators, ensure safe, inclusive programs and champion regulatory standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree qualification with 3+ years in OOSH coordination, strong knowledge of NQF, My Time Our Place and Family Assistance Law. NSW WWCC and references are essential; salary packaging and progression are offered.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar OOSH coordination role or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks: NQF, My Time Our Place, Family Assistance Law.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple OOSH services as Nominated Supervisor, Responsible Person and Educational Leader.
• Lead, mentor and support Assistant Coordinators and educators to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor programming aligned with My Time Our Place framework.
• Coordinate rostering, staff development, WHS, compliance and budgeting with Senior Manager - Business Support.
• Liaise with families, schools and external agencies to support child wellbeing and inclusion.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings, including weekly Assistant Coordinator meetings.
