Job summary

The Extend Group in Sydney North, NSW is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multiple OOSH services, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality outcomes across the region.

You will travel across sites to support educators and coordinate with school principals and families, with monthly get-togethers at our Melbourne head office and a generous travel budget to keep you moving. Two weeks of upfront training will get you fully prepared for the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people, ideally in Education or Childcare.
• Strong ability to lead teams and build trust with educators and school leaders.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate across multiple services and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Visit services four days a week to ensure safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
• Empower OOSH teams to lead with confidence and enrich children’s experiences.
• Guide services through Assessment & Rating with support from compliance experts.
• Bridge between schools, families, and Head Office to align needs with service delivery.
• Apply a can-do attitude and leverage a supportive network to overcome challenges.
• Highlight regional growth, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities to raise service standards.
• Conduct regular educator appraisals to drive high performance across sites.
