Job summary

Northern Rivers Community Gateway seeks an experienced Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our OOSH services across multiple sites. You will supervise Assistant Coordinators and educators to deliver safe, inclusive and engaging programs for primary school-aged children.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and/or several years in OOSH coordination, with strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and related laws, plus leadership and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in childcare/education and/or 3+ years in OOSH coordination.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to coordinate programming, compliance, rostering and service operations.
• Excellent communication with families, schools, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple OOSH services as Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader.
• Lead, mentor and support Assistant Coordinators and educators.
• Develop and monitor programming aligned with My Time Our Place.
• Coordinate rostering, staff development, WHS, compliance and budgeting.
• Engage with families, schools and community organisations to support wellbeing and inclusion.
