Gowrie NSW, Barramurra OSHC, is seeking an OSHC Assistant Manager (Second in Charge) to lead a dedicated team in a not-for-profit early childhood setting in NSW. You will guide Educators, uphold safety standards and ensure compliant service delivery across term time and vacation care.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education, proven leadership, and valid WWCC/First Aid, with a collaborative, energetic approach to working with children, families and partners.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education.
• Previous leadership experience in OSHC or education.
• Experience managing compliance and administrative requirements.
• Valid compliance certificates (WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Educators to exceed practices.
• Ensure service compliance and safety standards.
• Interact with schools, children and families.
• Oversee programs during term time and vacation care.
