Coastwide Child and Family Services Ltd is recruiting an OOSH Nominated Supervisor for a 0.6 FTE, permanent part-time role across Gosford NSW. You will lead and oversee several OOSH services, support Responsible Persons and educators, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The position blends administration time with on-site involvement and benefits from the support of Coastwide’s leadership team. Travel between Central Coast OOSH services is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in OOSH / School Age Care.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework, National Regulations, NQS and My Time, Our Place.
• Practical experience with OOSH compliance and service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing priorities across multiple services.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Are you an experienced OOSH professional ready to take the next step in leadership?

Coastwide Child & Family Services is seeking a confident and capable OOSH Nominated Supervisor to provide leadership, operational support and compliance oversight across a portfolio of our OOSH services.

This is a hands‑on multi-site leadership rolecombining dedicated administration time with regular involvement in services and support from our broader leadership team.

About the Role

You will work closely with Responsible Persons and educators to ensure our OOSH services operate safely, consistently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and oversight across multiple OOSH services
• Coaching and supporting Responsible Persons and educators

About You

We're looking for someone who understands how OOSH works in practice.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in OOSH / School Age Care
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, NQS and My Time, Our Place
• Practical experience with OOSH compliance and service operations
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Confidence managing priorities across multiple services
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Diploma-level Children's Services/Education and Care qualification or recognised equivalent
• HLTAID012 provide first aid in an education and care setting
• CHCPRT025 identify and report to children and young people at risk
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Ability to travel between Central Coast OOSH services as required
• Previous experience as aNominated Supervisor, OOSH Coordinator or multi-site leader will be highly regarded.
