Job summary

BB Recruitment and Consulting Services – New Lambton NSW is seeking an OOSH Centre Manager to lead a team of educators and build strong relationships with families and local schools. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance, and creating a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

The role requires experience in OOSH or childcare leadership, knowledge of the NQF and My Time Our Place, and excellent communication and organisation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in OOSH, childcare, education, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications (or ability to obtain them).
