Job summary

BB Recruitment and Consulting Services in Keilor VIC is seeking an OSHC Centre Manager who can lead a dedicated team of educators and run the service with warmth and professionalism.

You will ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place, build relationships with families and schools, and manage day-to-day operations while supporting your staff to grow and excel in their roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place (or willingness to keep learning).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications (or the ability to obtain them).
