Job summary

Australian Personnel Solutions – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to support our warehouse workforce at a national client site. This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance and day-to-day workforce requirements.

You will recruit team members, build strong relationships with candidates, employees and the client, and provide day-to-day people management support including attendance and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, customer service or HR roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit warehouse team members via sourcing, screening and interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees and the client.
• Provide day-to-day people management support, including coaching on attendance and performance.
• Create and maintain accurate rosters based on operational needs.
• Monitor performance onsite and provide feedback and coaching.
• Work with the client to meet workforce requirements and staffing solutions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure site rules are followed.
• Support onsite workforce administration and recruitment activities as needed.
