Job summary

Synergie Australia seeks experienced warehouse pickers for a distribution centre in Wetherill Park. Roles include day and afternoon shifts with immediate start, ongoing casual work and potential permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include voice-picking, operating an Electric Pallet Jack, building and wrapping pallets, and meeting KPI targets while maintaining safety. Reliable transport and full working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience picking with voice-picking systems.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts.
• Willingness to work day, afternoon and weekend rosters.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using voice-picking system.
• Operate Electric Pallet Jack to move goods.
• Build pallets from the ground and wrap by hand.
• Ensure accuracy and meet KPI targets.
• Work on a rostered system Monday to Sunday.

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Pickers for a Distribution Centre located in Wetherill Park for immediate start

The important parts:

• Day shift: 6am-2pm & Afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm
• Ongoing role with immediate start
• Day shift $36.40 & Afternoon shift $40.77

What you will be required to do:

Reliable with a strong work ethic & high attention to detail is a must to be considered for this opportunity

• Picking orders using a voice picking system
• Operating Electric Pallet Jack
• Building pallets from the ground and wrapping them by hand
• Physically fit – ability to do heavy lifting and stacking pallets
• Available to work on a rostered system – Monday to Sunday

To be successful in the role you will:

• Picking and packing exp working for a large DC
• Ability to meet KPI’s
• Have full working rights
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
