AWX on the Gold Coast is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. You will focus on identifying, screening, interviewing and placing candidates, with a strong emphasis on blue-collar roles and building a robust candidate pipeline.

In this role, you’ll communicate effectively with both candidates and clients, maintain database accuracy, and contribute to growth in a dynamic, energetic environment at AWX.

The opportunity

Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultantto join the growing Gold Coastteam. If you have experience working in Employment Services or Customer Service/Admin and are looking to transition into Recruitment, this could be the role for you!

This role will focus on new candidates, build and maintain relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.

• Identify, screen, interview and place candidates
• Ability to recruit high volume within blue collar industries
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain database accuracy and general administration
