Job summary

Australian Personnel Solutions – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking an experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to support our warehouse workforce at a national client site. This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance and day-to-day workforce requirements.

You will recruit team members, build strong relationships with candidates, employees and the client, and provide day-to-day people management support including attendance and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Recruit warehouse team members via sourcing, screening and interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees and the client.

• Create and maintain accurate rosters based on operational needs.
• Monitor performance onsite and provide feedback and coaching.
• Work with the client to meet workforce requirements and staffing solutions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure site rules are followed.

TAG has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our onsite team at one of our national client sites in Eastern Creek.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys recruitment, building strong relationships, supporting employees and working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The Opportunity

About the Role

As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse workforce and client by managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance and day‑to‑day workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit warehouse team members through candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees and the client.
• Provide day‑to‑day people management support, including coaching and addressing attendance and performance matters.
• Create and maintain accurate employee rosters based on operational requirements, availability and workforce needs.
• Monitor employee performance onsite and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Work closely with the client to understand their workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
• Support a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices and ensuring employees understand and follow site requirements.
• Assist with general onsite workforce administration and recruitment activities as required.

• Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, HR or a people‑focused role.
• Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

• The confidence to have difficult conversations and manage performance or attendance matters professionally.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
