Job summary

Labourforce is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Wetherill Park, NSW. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop their skills within a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Working closely with our recruitment team, you will provide support across the recruitment process, helping us connect candidates with suitable employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is not essential.

• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
• Contacting candidates regarding available opportunities
• Confirming candidate availability and rosters
• Updating candidate records and recruitment systems
• Providing general administrative and recruitment support
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers
• Assisting with day-to-day office and recruitment activities

About the Role
