Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to support outbound freight at the Mickleham customer site. The role combines admin and hands-on operational tasks in a warehouse environment, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

You will act as the primary onsite contact, ensure correct packaging and labeling, coordinate collections, monitor performance, and provide shipment updates to ensure ETA management and SLA compliance.

• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with internal teams and customers.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEVA’s primary onsite transport coordination contact at the customer warehouse facility.
• Ensure all freight presented for transport is appropriately packaged, labelled and palletised in line with agreed standards.
• Coordinate daily collections with CEVA Transport Operations, communicating changes to volumes, priorities or service requirements.
• Monitor service performance and elevate transport deviations, damages or discrepancies in real time.
• Provide accurate shipment updates to Customer Care to support ETA management and SLA compliance.
• Participate in operational meetings, toolbox talks and performance reviews with site stakeholders.
• Generate operational reports and maintain accurate records, verifying consignment data against physical freight.
• Support safe and compliant transport activities in line with Chain of Responsibility obligations and CEVA SOPs.
