Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for an energetic and driven Training Specialist to join their team! In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in developing and facilitating system, process and skills training for Samsung Electronics Australia staff and associated partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs, identify gaps and address issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant materials.
• Coordinate and execute training plans, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Gather feedback and provide post-training delivery analysis.
• Respond to and follow up training requirement via email, phone and site visits.
• Attend training sessions to facilitate training on thereafter.
• Nurture business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar.
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Desire to develop and facilitate training of the highest quality.
• Excellent presentation skills to audiences of all sizes.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
