Paxus is seeking a Junior Desktop Engineer to provide in-person TechBar support for Melbourne-based employees. The role is fully onsite at the central office, five days a week, with a contract through January 2030.

You will troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, assist users with day-to-day technical queries, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while delivering a friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Basic desktop support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good understanding of Windows devices and common business applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

• Provide face-to-face TechBar and desktop support to end users.
