Qualifications

Experience in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and security controls.
Ability to design secure, resilient and scalable IT systems.

Responsibilities

Engineer and continuously improve core platforms including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint security.
Design secure by default systems aligned to operational realities.
Manage identity and access controls including lifecycle automation and privileged access.
Implement security controls per recognized frameworks (Essential 8, ISO 27001).
Support disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Collaborate with IT teams across the group and contribute to audits.
Maintain runbooks and technical standards.
Respond to security incidents and guide remediation.
