Job summary

ActivateUTS seeks an IT Systems and Support Engineer to join our on-campus IT & Digital team in Ultimo. You will provide frontline and escalated technical support across hardware, software, network and POS/EFTPOS, while administering core systems including AD, Entra ID, M365, Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.

You will script with PowerShell/Bash, automate tasks with Power Automate, and liaise with vendors to maintain secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support and systems administration experience.
• Hands-on with POS/EFTPOS, Dynamics 365/CRM and Business Central.
• Strong AD, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration including GP design.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline and escalated IT support for hardware, software, network and POS issues.
• Administer core systems: AD, Entra ID, M365, Dynamics 365 CRM/BC.
• Manage user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding and access controls.
• Monitor security posture and enforce endpoint policy configurations.
• Use scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; assist with reporting and dashboards.
