Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Notebook Service Technician to service prestigious schools in the Sydney metropolitan area from our St Leonard's office. This full-time role requires on-site visits, diagnostic work, and collaboration with school IT teams to meet service level agreements.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot HP laptops, manage spare parts, and liaise with internal departments. A valid Driver's license is required for travel across Sydney.

Qualifications

• Capable of prioritising tasks and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide Level 1 technical hardware support solutions for HP laptops.
• Work onsite to ensure service calls are completed accurately and efficiently, reducing return calls.
• Service products in accordance with vendor product service guides.
