Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Eastern Creek distribution centre in NSW. This full-time, on-site role involves hands-on customer support across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face interactions, working closely with warehouse, logistics and dispatch teams.

You will manage orders, resolve delivery issues, provide real-time updates, coordinate collections and returns, and help maintain accurate records across multiple systems while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within logistics, warehousing or delivery operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, live chat, email and in person.
• Resolve delivery and service issues by coordinating with logistics and dispatch teams.
• Provide real-time delivery updates and manage exceptions.
• Assist walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, delivery information and service outcomes.
• Interact with warehouse and dispatch teams to support daily operations and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
