Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, ideally in logistics, warehousing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face interactions.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch to resolve delivery issues and keep deliveries on track.
• Provide real-time delivery updates and manage exceptions across multiple systems.
• Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns while ensuring accuracy.
