Qualifications

• Experience in IT Helpdesk or Level 1 Support.
• Familiar with Windows OS and basic hardware setup.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries.
• Perform hands-on hardware support and laptop/mobile setup.
• Assist with desktop troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Manage daily ticket flow under IT leadership.
• Collaborate with team to ensure coverage and smooth handovers.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining customer focus.
