Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets in a Windows desktop environment.
• Perform hands-on hardware support: configure laptops, set up mobile devices, basic cabling.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues to minimise downtime for on-site staff.
• Assist with daily ticket overflow and IT operations under leadership.
• Collaborate with team to ensure uninterrupted service coverage.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining strong customer support.
