Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or desktop support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for user enquiries, incidents and service requests.
• Utilise the IT ticketing system and onsite support channels to resolve issues quickly.
• Configure and relocate end-user devices and peripherals as required.
