Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in desktop support, ideally in software development or creative industries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and user issues across Windows and MacOS.
• Manage incident, request, and problem tickets through their full lifecycle.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
