Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Melbourne is seeking an experienced ICT Support Coordinator to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across end-user computing environments. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, assist network engineers, and work collaboratively on-site. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Windows systems and relevant support experience. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users across the organisation.
• Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using the HSO Ivanti ITSM tool.
