Job summary

JLL in Australia seeks a Site Lead to deliver integrated workplace operations across the Marsh ANZ portfolio. You will act as the on-site operational lead, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace experiences for occupants and clients.

You will lead integrated FOH and BOH operations, coordinate vendors, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in facilities management, workplace operations, hospitality, property management, or corporate services.
• Experience supporting integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations in a corporate/IFM environment.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across sites.
• Provide operational guidance to workplace teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure service consistency and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, service standards, and risk management across facilities.
• Coordinate health, safety, and incident response in line with regulations.
