Job summary

JLL in Melbourne is seeking a Site Lead to act as the primary on‑site operations lead for the Marsh ANZ portfolio. You will oversee integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant service delivery across assigned locations, with a focus on governance and client expectations.

You will manage vendors, coordinate service delivery, support budgeting and governance activities, and drive continuous improvement in workplace experiences for occupants and colleagues

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management or related corporate services.
• Experience leading integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations.
• Strong vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated FOH and BOH operations to deliver consistent workplace experiences.
• Provide operational guidance to teams, contractors and vendors for service consistency.
• Manage requests, issues, escalations and business continuity to minimise disruption.
• Foster a customer‑focused culture with accountability and service excellence.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities activities, inspections and vendor services.
• Support procurement activities and manage vendors through approved systems.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, occupants and internal teams.
• Coordinate health, safety, compliance, and risk management activities.
